Virgin Mary Eikosifoinissa Holy Convent
General descriptionThe Holy Monastery of Panagia Ikosifinissa is one of the sacred sites of Eastern Macedonia that continues today to be a pole of attraction for many believers, who come to worship the "acheiropoieto icon of the Virgin Mary" and to calm down in its peaceful environment.
It is located on the road from Kavala to Serres, on the border of the two prefectures, just after Kormista, on the north side of Pangaio, in a verdant location, at an altitude of 743m.
There is a guesthouse.
