The Baths of the Thermal Spring of Eleftheres, an area of unparalleled natural beauty, are located 45 km west of the city of Kavala on the coastal national road to Thessaloniki, in a strategic location with easy access, as it is located near: - two 

airports: Thessaloniki and Kavala, - very close to the junction of Egnatia Odos, in the Delta of strymonas river. Eleftheres Baths are a cutting-edge investment, as a modern European spa tourism center can be created, rejuvenating and wellness with specifications that will make it competitive for the next 40 to 50 years. They consist of a property of about 780 acres, in a wooded area and are at a distance of one kilometer from the sea. In the verdant valley, which is crossed by the river Marmaras, about 21 forest acres have already been declassified, an area capable of rebuilding a new state-of-the-art infirmary, as well as accommodation and catering facilities with a total capacity of about 400 beds.  

The basic composition of water is chlorinated in the presence of hydrogen sulfide. The total surface flow at the moment is about 267 cubic meters at the moment and it is predicted that with proper cultivation of some anaves this supply will be increased. The water temperature ranges from 37 to 41.5 degrees Celsius. These thermal waters cure many diseases, even chronic ones. Sulphurous sources are ideal for musculoskeletal disorders, dermatoses in the circulatory, inhalation therapy in asthma, etc. In the baths today there is a physiotherapy center which operates by appointment and there is medical coverage for 24 hours. It can accommodate approximately 228 people in its guesthouses and the restaurant is open from morning till night.
